Megan's small powder room is tiny at only 4 by 4.5 feet deep. It's located downstairs right off the kitchen and family room, so the bathroom gets used a lot. Before, the original builder-grade fixtures and the medium gray wall color made everything feel cramped and dated (hello 1990s!), so it was the first project they tackled after moving in.
